This 4,000 SF office build-out transformed a former bank into a modern workspace. The scope included new electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, a new ceiling grid, and a complete reconfiguration of the partition layout.

Challenges included converting the old bank vault into a functioning lab and core drilling through two feet of concrete to create circular windows. We also came up with a creative solution for concealing the 1,000 lb vault door.
