Selling Building - Portland, OR

We built out a new cafe for Spella in downtown Portland, inspired by old world cafes and the owner’s Italian heritage. The design honors the character of the existing building, with a custom floor pattern that echoes the terrazzo in the adjacent lobby for visual continuity.

Finishes were carefully selected and used with intention-Alexandrite quartzite countertops, custom cabinetry, and thoughtful detailing throughout. The build also included strategic electrical planning to meet the cafe’s needs within a small space.
