Selling Building - Portland
2,500 square foot creative suites renovation with sustainable practices. After removing the entire existing ceiling, building systems were rerouted to square lines and efficient distributions. Utilizing existing materials, relites were built to match the oak door frames, but all woodwork was stained to a semi-gloss black finish with new brushed brass hardware for an elevated contrast to the otherwise subdued space.
