Hawthorne Street - Portland, OR

We built out Grassa’s southeast Hawthorne location with a focus on clean, modern finishes and long-lasting, custom-built details.

The build included custom cabinetry, countertops, and tables throughout. The point-of-sale station was built with a waterfall-edge quartz countertop and custom millwork. All door trim was crafted from maple hardwood with mitered edges.

Extensive tile work was completed in the restrooms and on accent walls, while the polished concrete slab flooring offers a sleek, modern foundation. Mechanical systems included exposed ductwork at the ceiling and the use of a crane to install HVAC components.

We also performed in-ground trenching to route plumbing to the grease trap and water lines. Additional features included custom metal handrails fabricated specifically for the space.
